Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying and choosing the correct auto parts
  • Handle walk in sales phone inquiries and online orders
  • Prepare quotations and issue invoices
  • Update stock records and report shortages
  • Coordinate with suppliers when parts need to be ordered
  • Maintain display shelves and ensure proper labeling
  • Handle product returns and warranty checks
  • Support workshop clients with daily bulk orders

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of common vehicle parts and accessories
  • Strong communication skills in English or French
  • Basic computer skills for billing and stock systems
  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment
  • Reliable disciplined and customer focused
  • Willing to work shifts including Saturdays

What we offer

  • Pay: €13.50 – €15 per hour
  • Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
