Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and choosing the correct auto parts
- Handle walk in sales phone inquiries and online orders
- Prepare quotations and issue invoices
- Update stock records and report shortages
- Coordinate with suppliers when parts need to be ordered
- Maintain display shelves and ensure proper labeling
- Handle product returns and warranty checks
- Support workshop clients with daily bulk orders
Requirements
- Good knowledge of common vehicle parts and accessories
- Strong communication skills in English or French
- Basic computer skills for billing and stock systems
- Ability to work in a fast moving environment
- Reliable disciplined and customer focused
- Willing to work shifts including Saturdays
What we offer
- Pay: €13.50 – €15 per hour
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
