Salary & Earnings (2026 Official Update)

As of January 1, 2026, Poland has increased the national minimum wage. Below is the guaranteed earning potential for factory jobs.

• Gross Monthly Salary: PLN 4,806 (Base)
• Monthly Earnings (with Overtime): PLN 5,500 – PLN 6,500+ * Net “In-Hand” Salary: Approx. €1,100 – €1,400 (depending on shift bonuses).
• Performance Bonus: Extra PLN 1–3 per hour based on production targets.
• Night Shift Allowance: +20% hourly rate increase for night work.

The “Poland 2026” Recruitment Checklist

• Type A Work Permit: We facilitate the official Voivodeship invitation. This permit is valid for 1–3 years and is tied directly to your employer.
• Health Book (Sanepid): Mandatory for food/candy factories. We guide you through the medical tests (approx. PLN 150–250) once you arrive in Poland.
• Accommodation: Shared housing is usually provided or subsidized by the factory for a low fee of PLN 100–400/month, deducted from your salary.
