Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff during daily operations
  • Coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards under HACCP guidelines
  • Check inventory and assist with stock management
  • Train new staff on kitchen procedures
  • Report equipment issues to management
  • Support chefs with prep work when needed

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
  • Good communication skills in English or French
  • Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
  • Reliable, well organized and disciplined
  • Willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays

What we offer

  • Pay: €14 – €16 per hour
  • Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
