Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storage areas
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks
- Handle waste disposal and kitchen cleaning duties
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
