Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT systems
- Install and configure servers and network equipment
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Maintain Windows and Linux environments
- Perform system updates and security patches
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage backups and data recovery systems
- Monitor network and system security
- Maintain technical documentation
- Provide IT support to employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- 2-5 years of system administration experience
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with servers and network infrastructure
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or similar cloud services
- Experience with backup and monitoring systems
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity
- Problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Good English language skills
