Overview
Fruit Harvesters needed for Farms at different locations across Finland. Our client company is a group of Farm owners and operators. As a Fruit Harvester, you will assist in the collection of high quality fruits such as apples, strawberries, blueberries and other seasonal crops. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities
- Harvest fruits from trees, bushes and plants.
- Sort and pack harvested fruits for transportation or sale.
- Operate basic farm tools and equipment (e.g., harvest baskets, ladders).
- Ensure fruits are handled carefully to prevent damage during picking.
- Maintain cleanliness of harvesting tools and the work area.
- Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fruit picking or agricultural work is a plus, but not required.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours in outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to work on multiple locations as directed by farm supervisor.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work for long hours
