Responsibilities

Tasks

• Picking olives from trees using hand tools or mechanical harvesters
• Sorting olives by size and quality after harvesting
• Trimming branches to maintain tree health and improve future yields
• Setting up and monitoring irrigation systems to ensure trees get enough water
• Applying fertilizers to promote healthy growth
• Monitoring and managing pests using natural or chemical methods
