Responsibilities / Requirements
Tasks
- Oversee daily farm operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Manage farm workers on agricultural techniques
- Schedule planting, harvesting and maintenance activities
- Monitor crop growth and soil conditions
- Maintain records of production, labor and equipment usage
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery and fertilizers
- Coordinate with suppliers for seeds, equipment and other resources
