Responsibilities

  • Prepare authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori, biryanis and snacks
  • Ensure the quality, taste and presentation of food meet restaurant standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per safety regulations
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ensure the freshness of ingredients
  • Assist in menu planning and introduce new Indian dishes

Requirements

  • Experience in cooking North and/or South Indian cuisine
  • Knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients and traditional cooking techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

What we offer

  • Pay: €12 – €17 per hour
  • Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
  • Visa Assistance: Support for non-EU workers to obtain a Work Visa
