Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to the menu
- Maintain station setup and restock items during service
- Follow recipes portion standards and plating guidelines
- Assist chefs with prep work and daily tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area
- Monitor food quality and report issues to supervisors
- Support the team during busy service hours
Requirements
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and cooking basics
- Good communication skills in English or French
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast paced station
- Reliable organized and committed to food safety rules
- Willing to work shifts including weekends and evenings
What we offer
