Responsibilities / Requirements
Tasks
- Verify age to ensure legal drinking age
- Manage who enters the bar, ensuring it’s not overcrowded
- Monitor the bar for safety and potential issues
- Calmly manage fights or disturbances
- Ensure guests follow the bar’s policies and local laws
- Help in fire, medical or other emergencies
- Must be physically strong and able to handle confrontations
- Ability to de-escalate tense situations without violence
