Responsibilities

Take customer orders at the counter or through phone orders
Handle cash, card, and digital payments
Issue receipts and manage billing systems
Provide order updates to customers
Keep the counter area clean and organized
Support staff during busy service periods

Requirements

Friendly attitude and customer service skills
Basic math and payment handling ability
Able to stand for long hours during shifts
Willing to work evenings and weekends
