Overview
We are hiring Berry Pickers for our client’s farms across Finland. As a Berry Picker, you will be responsible for picking berries such as strawberries, blueberries, lingonberries and other seasonal fruits. This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina.

Responsibilities
- Pick berries from bushes or plants.
- Sort and pack the harvested berries for transport.
- Prevent damage while picking and packing.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Follow instructions of farm supervisor.
- Report any issues to the farm supervisor.
- Assist with other related tasks as needed, including cleaning the picking area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in agricultural work is beneficial but not required.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work long hours and meet harvest targets.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Flexibility and team oriented attitude.
What we offer
- Pay: €1,000–€1,200 per month.
- Accommodation: Free or low cost (depending on employer).
- Work Hours: 8–10 hours per day, 5–6 days per week.
- Visa Assistance: Support for non-EU workers to obtain a Seasonal Work Visa.
