This opportunity is being coordinated by a recruitment solution provider working with multiple recruitment agencies and employer-side recruitment partners.
Together, the participating agencies have a combined recruitment requirement of approximately 1,300 positions across Germany.
Candidates can submit their profile through the central application process. Suitable applicants can then be matched with the relevant vacancy, employer and recruitment agency.
Final selection, employment contracts and work authorization remain subject to the individual vacancy and the applicable German legal framework.

Employment under §19c AufenthG
Section 19c(1) of Germany’s Residence Act provides a residence-law basis for employment where the German Employment Regulation or an applicable intergovernmental agreement permits the employment.
This means a university degree or skilled-worker status is not automatically required for every employment route covered by §19c. The exact requirements depend on the applicable employment regulation and the individual vacancy.
For seasonal employment, additional provisions of the Employment Regulation may apply, including §15a BeschV for qualifying seasonal employment.
Gross per hour from 1 January 2026. The statutory minimum wage applies to workers covered by German minimum-wage law, including seasonal and foreign workers working in Germany.
