Responsibilities
- Operate production machines safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and report issues
- Set up machines according to product specifications
- Inspect products for quality and consistency
- Clean machines and work areas following hygiene rules
- Keep production records and meet production targets
Requirements
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food production setting
- Basic English or Polish communication
- Physically fit and able to work standing for long hours
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
