Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager in daily operations
- Supervise store staff and monitor performance
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and store displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns
- Assist with staff training and development
- Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fluent in English

- Pay: €14 – €16 per hour
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
