Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in choosing mobile phones and accessories
- Explain product features, offers and warranties
- Handle billing, cash and card transactions
- Keep shop displays neat and updated
- Stock shelves and manage inventory
- Provide after sales support and basic troubleshooting help
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English or French (German or Luxembourgish is a plus)
- Friendly, polite and customer focused
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones and accessories
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays if required
What we offer
- Pay: €11.50 – €13 per hour
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
