Overview

We are looking for experienced Farm Supervisors to oversee and manage daily farm operations for our client’s Farms in Finland. As a Farm Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that farm activities run smoothly, from planting to harvest. You will manage a team of farm workers, oversee machinery use and maintain the farm’s productivity.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily farm activities, including planting, harvesting and caring for crops.
Coordinate and oversee a team of farm workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Ensure the proper use and maintenance of farm equipment and machinery.
Monitor crop health and take corrective actions when necessary (e.g., pest control, irrigation).
Maintain detailed records of farm activities, including crop yields, labor hours, and equipment usage.
Ensure all safety standards are met and provide training for farm workers on safe work practices.
Manage inventory, including seeds, fertilizers and tools.
Troubleshoot any issues related to farm operations and implement solutions.
Communicate with farm owners or managers about farm performance and needs.

Requirements

Previous experience in farm management or a supervisory role in agriculture.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Knowledge of farm machinery and equipment.
Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of crop production, pest control, and farm safety procedures.
Basic proficiency in English – additional language skills are a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: €2,200–€3,000 per month (based on experience and farm size).
