Portugal TradeSkills Mobility Summit 2026 brings construction professionals face to face with companies hiring for active projects across Portugal. Contractors are looking for people who can step onto a site and start delivering from day one.
This is not a general job fair. It focuses on trades that keep projects moving in Lisbon, Porto, Braga and Setúbal. Builders need shuttering carpenters, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and heavy equipment operators. Deadlines are tight and teams are stretched.
Employers are dealing with labour shortages on housing blocks, road upgrades and commercial developments. Skilled workers with 3 to 4 years of site experience are getting priority attention. Safety awareness and hands on technical ability matter more than paperwork alone.
