Finland employers has launched recruitment for 680 seasonal jobs in its busy winter 2025/2026 tourism and hospitality industry. The hiring covers roles in ski resorts, hotels, restaurants and winter activity centers across top locations like Rovaniemi, Levi, Saariselkä and other snowy destinations.
The winter work season runs from November 2025 to April 2026. Applicants from around the world can apply, with visa and permit support available for non-EU citizens.

Seasonal Work Permit & Residence Info (For Non-EU Citizens)
Finland offers a Seasonal Work Permit and Seasonal Residence Permit for non-EU workers taking short-term jobs in agriculture, tourism, and hospitality.
Permit Type:
- For jobs lasting 3 to 9 months, a seasonal residence permit is required.
- For jobs under 90 days, a seasonal visa or short-term permit may apply (depending on your nationality).
Requirements:
- A valid job offer or contract from a Finnish employer
- Valid passport
- Basic English communication skills
- Age: 18 years or older
- Medical insurance (covered under Finnish contract in most cases)
Application Process:
- Job offer is issued by employer
- Applicant submits online application through Enter Finland portal
- Visit to Finnish Embassy or VFS center for identity verification
- Processing time: Usually 4–8 weeks
- Upon approval, residence card is issued and travel can begin
