Responsibilities

  • Cook a variety of Indian curries, gravies and side dishes
  • Prepare spice mixes and maintain authentic Indian taste
  • Monitor food preparation and portion sizes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure all food safety and quality standards are followed

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian spices and curry preparations
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Hindi and English communication skills
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends

What we offer

  • Pay: €9 – €11 per hour
  • Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
