Responsibilities

Tasks

• Welcome and engage with guests
• Lead activities, games, and events
• Host themed parties and shows
• Provide safety instructions
• Assist with port excursions
• Address guest questions and complaints
• Help with boarding and disembarkation
• Coordinate with other departments
• Promote onboard activities
• Set up and maintain event areas
