Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups or promotions
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system
- Resolve basic complaints or forward to relevant departments
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude on calls
Requirements
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Good communication in English (spoken and written)
- Clear and professional phone voice
- Problem solving attitude
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
