Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups or promotions
  • Record customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Resolve basic complaints or forward to relevant departments
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude on calls

Requirements

  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Good communication in English (spoken and written)
  • Clear and professional phone voice
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends
  • Previous experience is a plus but not required

What we offer

  • Pay: €8 – €10.50 per hour
  • Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
