Responsibilities

  • Supervise restaurant staff during assigned shifts
  • Make sure food quality, hygiene and service are up to standard
  • Handle customer questions or complaints politely
  • Monitor stock and place small orders if needed
  • Train new staff and help with team motivation
  • Prepare basic shift reports and update the manager

Requirements

  • Good communication in English or French
  • Leadership skills and a calm attitude under pressure
  • Able to multitask and make quick decisions
  • Friendly, responsible and organized
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays

What we offer

  • Pay: €14 – €15.50 per hour
  • Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
  • Legal Assistance: Support for non-EU workers to obtain a Work Permit
