Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations
  • Manage and train staff for service excellence
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor food quality and hygiene standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Prepare sales reports and support budget targets

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good English; knowledge of French or German is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service attitude
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety and staff scheduling

What we offer

  • Pay: €13 – €16 per hour
  • Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
