Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Provide directions and information about hotel services
- Deliver packages, messages, and amenities to guest rooms
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and guest areas
- Offer exceptional customer service to hotel guests
Requirements
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
- Basic knowledge of English (French or German is a plus)
What we offer
- Pay: €12 – €14 per hour + Tips
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
