Responsibilities
- Operate, adjust and monitor injection molding machines
- Set up molds, change machine settings, and perform production start-ups
- Inspect finished plastic products for defects and quality compliance
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Handle raw plastic materials and monitor production flow
- Keep records of production output
Requirements
- Proven experience with injection molding machines
- Basic English or Finnish communication skills
- Physically fit and able to handle factory conditions
- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/evening/night)

- Pay: €12.50 – €14.50 per hour
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 5-6 days per week
