Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests at resort reception or activity counters
- Answer queries related to accommodation, meals and excursions
- Handle bookings and manage customer information
- Provide information about local tours, Northern Lights trips and transport
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints politely
- Collaborate with resort, kitchen and housekeeping teams
Requirements
- Good spoken English, other language skills (e.g., German, French) are a bonus
- Customer-oriented, polite and calm under pressure
- Basic computer and booking system skills
- Willing to work in snowy and cold conditions
- Availability for full season (November to March/April)
What we offer
- Pay: €9 – €11.50 per hour
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
- Legal Assistance: Support for non-EU workers to obtain a Seasonal Work Permit
