Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant in a five-star hotel
  • Lead and train staff to provide exceptional guest service
  • Manage reservations, events, and VIP guest experiences
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and service standards
  • Monitor budgets, cost controls, and inventory management
  • Handle guest feedback and maintain a high guest satisfaction score

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment

What we offer

  • Pay: €20 – €25 per hour
  • Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
