- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Train and guide new workers on processes and procedures
- Prepare production reports and update management
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and solve problems quickly
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Knowledge of production machinery is a plus
What we offer
- Pay: €1,500 – €1,700 per month
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
