Responsibilities
- Pick ripe fruits carefully from trees or bushes
- Sort and pack fruits into crates or boxes
- Handle fruits gently to avoid damage
- Follow daily harvesting schedules
- Maintain cleanliness in harvesting areas
- Report damaged or diseased fruits to supervisors
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for long hours
- Basic English or Romanian communication
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Willing to work early mornings or weekends
What we offer
- Pay: €10 – €12 per hour
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 5-6 days per week
