Responsibilities

Supervise loading and unloading of trucks and containers
Coordinate daily dock activities and assign tasks to workers
Ensure goods are handled safely and correctly
Check documentation and verify shipments and deliveries
Monitor workflow to avoid delays and bottlenecks
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the dock area
Prepare daily operational reports and update management
Train and guide new dock workers when required

Requirements

Strong knowledge of warehouse and dock operations
Good communication skills in English or French
Leadership ability and good team coordination skills
Physically fit and able to work in a fast paced environment
Reliable disciplined and safety conscious
Willing to work shifts including weekends if required

What we offer

Pay: €15 – €18 per hour
Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 5-6 days per week
Legal Assistance: Support for non-EU workers to obtain a Work Permit
